Beautiful and very long beach near the village of Sorso

Marina di Sorso
It is a beautiful long beach of soft sand on which to walk endlessly, almost 7 kilometres long. Marina di Sorso is the most north-eastern part.
Here it is possible to enjoy the tranquillity of the place and the landscape in general, which offers vast spaces and little crowding, so no chaos in favour of relaxation. The icing on the cake, on particularly clear days, the view of the island of Asinara and, much further away, of the outlines of part of Corsica, is nothing short of marvellous!
The beach is located in the northern part, opposite the island of Asinara, and in its kilometres and kilometres of length there are certainly more picturesque, cleaner and more characteristic spots than others.
The sandy shore is very well maintained, with sand between golden and grey, soft but with pebbles and pebbles here and there. Strolling along the shoreline is not only pleasant and healthy, but also fun because there are so many beautiful shells to be found.
Fragrant junipers and maritime pines embellish the beach, with numerous kiosks, bars and restaurants.
Except for the presence of algae (it happens... you know), the sea is very clear, gently sloping and often calm, as well as warm.
PS: It is advisable to come to Sorso by car, as the coast is not regularly served by public transport.
